Warranty: All our pumps are guaranteed to work properly; they have been individually tested at the factory. We also extend a one-year warranty for any manufacturing defects. We are not responsible for misuse of the pumps. The pumps do not include an integrated relief valve, so it will be necessary to integrate a system to prevent the system from increasing pressure above the recommended pressure.

Return and Refund Policy

As a standard product, the user has 15 calendar days from receipt to exercise their right to return the product, provided it is returned in its original packaging and has not been used, damaged, or modified.

In the event of a product return, the user will cover the shipping and return costs. The refund will only include the full amount of the product, including VAT.

Products that have been cut, custom-made, and/or imported exclusively for the customer cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing defect. This does not matter if the delivery time is delayed in any way.
